SBWC has nine writing workshops every morning and nine more every afternoon, so there is much to choose from. For the hearty, there are late night read and critique workshops we call The Pirates.

All SBWC workshops are open to all registered SBWC attendees. You may politely come and go in any of the workshops as you choose.

NOTE: if you want to register for one or more single workshops, this option is now available on our registration page. If you prefer, all registration options are available at the SBWC bookstore in the Fireside room at the Mar Monte June 21-26.

Hotel staff will point you toward the Fireside room and SBWC staff will direct you to your workshop room. Please allow enough extra time to park and find the Fireside room.

All registered SBWC attendees may have one free 10-page manuscript consultation via an appointment made during the week of the conference directly with consultant. This is available only to registered attendees. If you want a consult, you should sign up for at least one full day.
