Pricing

• Full 6-day conference $899

• Includes all workshops, seminars and events except agent appointments

• When you are registered for the full conference, you may attend any workshop or seminar without further registration.

• Or pick the number of days you wish to attend and choose that option when registering. Each full day you register for includes all workshops, seminars and events on that day.

• When you are registered for a partial week, you may attend any workshop or seminar on those days without further registering.

• Specify days in comments when you register, and if you need to change your days, just let us know.

• Panels and Evening Speakers are open to the public and FREE as space allows. This change is new.

• Please support our presenting authors by buying their books in our SBWC bookstore at the book signing that follows.

• Instead of registering for full days, you may prefer to register for one or more individual workshops and seminars. If you would like to try one workshop, or one seminar, you may purchase a single session $70 for one 2.5 hour session or a 5-pack for $250.

• If you register for a single workshop or seminar that means one 2.5 hour session.($70)
  If you register for a pack of 5 workshops or seminars, that means you can go to five 2.5-hour sessions. ($250)
  In the case of the 5 pack, you may go to different workshop leaders if you want to sample a variety.
  Or you can go to all 5 sessions of a particular workshop.

• If you want to attend more than 5 workshops, you may purchase a second 5 pack.

• See registration options at the left.

  If you are already at the conference and you want to add more days or workshops, may purchase all registration options in person at the SBWC bookstore. Allow extra time to make the in-person purchase.

• Hotel staff will point you toward the Fireside room to pick up your conference badge, and SBWC staff will direct you to the right room. Please allow enough extra time to park and find the Fireside room.

• If you have a group (2 or more attendees signing up together) your 6-day price will be: $799 each, but you must sign up together.

• If you have a job or daily family obligation that prevents you from attending full time, but would like to attend approximately half time, ask about our night owl rate. Despite the name, this is not limited to PM attendance.

• To get your group rate, or night owl rate discount promo code, email: info@sbwriters.com .

• Enter promo code on payment screen during checkout. That will apply the correct discount amount.

• No special prices for partial conference purchases.

Refund policy

No refunds will be given after May 15, preceding the conference dates. Refunds may be requested by emailing: info@sbwriters.com. A $199 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds. Please allow up to six weeks for any refund to be processed. 

Or: Your payment may be transferred in full to a future year or to another attendee who has not yet paid, with no administration fee. There is no time limit on this option as long as SBWC is in business.
